Servise is not providing

Hi sir sir i have launch my problem in airtel costumer care at 12 march and they take me 48 hr. sir now whenever i call them they launch my another complain and when i ask for the first one complain they say that this has been resolved... now sir when i say them that i m going for consumer court then they are saying that there also not resolve ur problem u will also waste ur money there... so sir please contact me for more detail... sir i m helpless now and i hope that u will help me...
