Poor Service

I had problem with the set top box provided by Airtel and when asked to replace, they informed that it would cost Rs.300/- as the warranty period had expired. As I was not interested in spending the amount, I had asked them to disconnect the service on June 10 and till date they have been charging me for the service not utilized by me and have not taken back the equipment and refunded the amount paid by me, in advance.
