Poor quality signal on receiving of ESPN, Star sports etc

Re :-Fails watching of ESPN sports, Star sports, UTV Bindas due to poor signal.

Refering also my complaint that are being promptly registered by your

reputed company bearing No2979159 on 6th instant, but nobody has paid

any visit to remove my problem.

Considering your nature of service by your field staff at agartala, I

am expressing my concern and the attitude is found no match with your

Brand name.

.Since I need good quality picture as promised by your company which I

find you have failed to deliver, I will wait till 10th of June.

If nothing positive exept your assurance is witnessed, I will have no

way but to disassocite myself with you for which I will be obliged

if you mail me the process & procedure of diassociation along with

provision of refund if any. I will appreciate if nobody make me any

call before removing my problem,
