No Signal in Monsoon

I have taken Airtel DTH before 7 months. I did not know that it does not work in Monsoon. Even Few Drops of Rain stops giving signalling. And you will be helpless as outside its raining and your DTH is not working. I have made complaints no.3419582 but just false promises. nothing else.

I HAD REGISTER ABOVE MENTIONED COMPLAINT AND I GOT A CALL FROM MR. NASIR - DELHI. HE WAS TRYING TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND TOOK TECHNICAL GUY MR.NAVIN/NITIN ON LINE.

MR. NITIN HAD REPLIED THAT " NO SIGNAL IN MONSOON " IS COMMON PROBLEM FOR EVERY DTH. HE WAS GIVING EXAMPLE OF TATASKY, DISHTV. HE HAS ADMITTED THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL REMAIN. SO EVEN IF HE WILL SEND PERSON TO MY RESIDANCE.

Problem is not going to solve.as its common.

I DONT KNOW, WHY HE WAS TALKING ABOUT OTHERS. AND WHEN HE HAS ADMITTED THAT THIS PROBLEM IS GOING TO STAY IN MONSOON OR SMALL RAIN TOO, THEN I REQUEST TO ESTABLISH THE SAME TO NEW CUSTOMER AND RETURN THE MONEY WHOM YOU HAVE GIVEN THIS SERVICE.

Please DONT send me common response. Send me the mail to resolve my complain. Either refund money to all who are complanining for this reason. As your Technical Person has admitted that this problem will persists in small rain drop or monsoon.
