Airtel DTH's pathetic after sales service

I bought two airtel dth, believing that Airtel will provide competitive service as they provide in telecom sector.
I couldn’t be more wrong. It seems they don’t care about customers after selling their product. They’re the last ones to add new channels. Also when my STB stopped working, they took 7 days to get me a new one.
They took Rs 100 as visiting charge and deducted Rs 400 from my dth account as new STB charges, and to my horror the STB they provided has stopped working too. I complained again, but they closed my ticket again. I have lost my will and energy to complain again. I am planning for Videocon D2H, they give all the channels in their bouquet at Rs 290, way cheaper than Airtel and TATA Sky. Also they’re providing the package free for 4 months.
Airtel sucks, they’ll lose customers as they have started taking us for granted.
