Online purchased but no confirmation sent

On 22-Jul, I made an online payment through YesBank Net Banking of 2440/- for the purchase of Digital TV (South Value Sports pack).the amount is deducted from my account but since then I have not received any confimation from your side which I expected badly. I also failed to talk to your customer care executives as the call never gets through or they disconnects in between. Now I am in a doubt, whether it was a wrong step by me to pay online rather than cash at shop.

I am giving you full details about the payment and hope that you will reply me as soon as possible about the confirmation of payment and any other information which are required.
