My customer id is 3001608758 and unfortunately I took a bad decision to take two DTH connections from Airtel.
My past experience with your DSL and mobile service had been good but am sorry to say that your customer service for DTH service is pathetic. I suggest if Airtel is not making money in the business, it should be closed down. Atleast don't lure new customers till you can fix problems reported by your existing ones.
I had North Mega plan but most of the times I get 'No Signal' on my TV. Reaching your customer care executive takes 20 mins... Most of the times your customer care guys, refuse to take a complaint and ask us to 'restart TV & STB', 'take out cable & plug it back' 3 times!!
On persistent calls - even if they take a complaint, they close it without fixing the problem next day!!!
I am tired with this service and don't want to pursue it _now_. I have missed my T20 World Cup final, another important cricket match week after that, and my initial World Cup football matches. I can't bear it more.
Please take this as a request to cancel my DTH connection and refund my balance amount. You can take back your STB's as they are of no use to me.
