Re-installation not done

Hi,

I am Satya Ranjan Baruah. My customer Id is 3003999765. I have relocated within Bangalore (from Padmanabha Nagar to Kundalahalli) on 31-10. Since then I have been calling customer care and raising request after request to get my re-installation done. It has been more than 15 days now. Rarely your engineer gives a call but he says he only works in my previous location and not in my new location. Why is my request not redirected to proper engineer who works in my new location? Why are you marking my requests as Resolved without even coming to my place?

Such poor service from such a reputed company is not expected. How soon can I hope to get the re-installation done?

Please send some engineer to my new location. My new address has been updated long back but why are engineers still referring to my old address?
