My customer Id No. 3004080742 and the dth connection was given by air on 18.5.2010 after taking a sum of Rs.3400/- from me. (S.Sangameswaran) The cable was working for the past 4 months without fail. From 1.10.2010 till date it gives an error (according to AIR TEL DTH ERROR CODE: 2.The message appear in my TV Screen is: " INSERTED VIEW CARD IS NOT AN AIR TEL VIEW CARD. PL INSERT VALID VIEW CARD CORRECTLY AGAIN". Due to this error, we were losing nearly 10 to 12 hours in a day. Many of the program we missed due to this error. For past two months we lost nearly 250 Hrs due to this. After spending several minutes and days, the Customer Centre in tel No. 18001028080 - ad dh gave service No. 4475237 for vc issues, code 180R on 15.11.2010. Till today no person has come to set right the error and when contacted one Mr. Vinay of customer service centre told me that it is broadcasting problem. Not connected with Air Dth. On enquiry with my neighbour who is having the same AIR TEL DTH connection informed me there is no broadcasting problem. I am fed up by contacting the useless and irresponsible AIR TEL DTH Customer Services. I am at a loss not only 12 months I paid in advance and got no service for the past two months. I would be very thankful and grateful if you do to attend my complaint and get the refund from AIR TEL DTH.

The DTH connection was installed on 18.5.2010 by AIR TEL ONLY.

I am find this problem for the past 5 months. Till now nobody come for service the Air Tel Dth. My Tv set is getting spoiled because of duplicate part fixex by Air Tel. I could not view any program due to error No. 2 . This is a deficient service by Air Tel. I would like to cancel Air Tel Dth and ask for the refund of amount paid by me in full and compensation for fixing duplicate part. I want a compensation of Rs. 3500/- as refund and Rs. - as compensation for spoiling my tv.
