AIRTEL IS CHEATING

My name is sreenivalu. I am the old customer of AIRTEL DTH. I have disconneted my dth on 24-01.They have taken my set top box with viewing card and dish from me. I have the balance amount of Rs370/- .They promised me within 14 days after disconnetion of my connection they will send the check of 370/- to me. But every day they were deducting Rs3.99/-. i.e from my balace every day they were deducting the Rs3.99/- amount. This is my 3rd request (1st request on 21-02 and second request on 01-03) regarding my refundable payment. Airtel is cheating me. Now Almost 2 months over. They have not resolved my issue. Kindly take strong action on them. I have called up more than 50 times and not getting proper response from them. Till now I have not refinded. Kindly please do needful.
