Paying for the package without having the services for past 6 months

Dear Reader,

This is to highlight that I have a Airtel DTH connection in Bangalore. I had bought Airtel DTH's Ultra Package (INR 350 per month) for 3 months. This package is supposed to cover almost all the channels. But I was getting limited channels all this while.

Today when I called up the customer care, they informed me that all the Channels are not accessible to me since during last three months they have not changed the Satellite Settings of my Antenna. So after 3 months Airtel has realised to do this, that too after I complained.

When I asked Airtel that they should be refunding me the money for this mistake, all they said was sorry. I feel cheated and robbed by Airtel DTH.

I request the concerned authorities to kindly take a note of this gap of events and take suitable action against Airtel DTH.
