Customer support updated ticket as resolved without resolving it

Hi,
This is the first month of subscription with Airtel DTH and the worst customer service I have ever recieved.
Recently on 12th March I was getting an error on all channels as B001. I called up Airtel DTH Customer support and informed them about it.
Airtel registered a complaint number against my complain: Request No:16955245.
After that I did not recieve any call from Airtel. It is me who followed it up again with Airtel next day that is on 13th March.
As me and my wife both are working, I requested Airtel to send the technician early in the morning before 11-11:30 . Airtel provided me the nearest dealer number and from there I got the technician number. The technician immediately denied that he cannot come to my place before 11- 11:30.
Then the technician comitted he will come on 14th March before 11-11:30 in the morning.
14th March I called Airtel Digital TV and to my surprise I found my previous complaint number has been closed as resolved.
The escalation team again raised a complaint number (16987888) and confirmed that they will send a technician before 11 AM on 14th March.
Again I did not receive any call from Airtel till 10:30. I called again to their customer support thrice and they put me on hold for more than hour with no response from any body.
I can tell the customer service representative name also: Amit, Monica... Are they getting paid to fool the customers?
This is the worst experience I have ever had with any product tat I have bought in my life.
Hope some action will be taken and people will not blindly follow Airtel just hearing the brand name.
