Delay in installation & compliant number closed abruptly

Delay in the Airtel DTH connection.it has been now nearly 4 days, that i havent recieved any call from the engineer.

Customer compliant number abruptly closed with a message " successfully resolved engineer related problem "

Many time I have called to customer care, no proper response accept for one statement " Sorry maam, it will be done by today evening ".

I have been hearing this past 4 days. very bad customer service response.
