No Service and Response

1. Raised a request for relocation to mumbai from bangalore some 15 Days back.

2. For this I had to increase my acc balance to Rs 500 from Rs 200.

3. As informed the executive, the Engineer was supposed to come on 01-05-10 by 3:00 PM but no one visited or called.

4. On Saturday when no one came/called I called up the call center and informed them about the problem.

5. The Executive raised a Complaint about this problem (Ref - 2595507) and said someone will call u regarding this.

6. No one called. In the evening i called the customer care and tried to get an answer I tried to reach the floor manager but even after calling more than 15 times could not reach him.

7. Finally the executive told me the engineer will come tomorrow 10:00 AM (100%), but next day no one came.

8. Next day I again called the customer care around 10:00 to find out the problem the executive told me the engineer will come by 1:00 PM.

9.By then I already had vacated the house and left the DTH dish.

10. the same day i called again around 4:00 then executive told me that engineer will come next day 1:00 PM and also i will arrange a call back from the back end team

11. But no one from the back end team.By then i knew that no one is going to come so i called on 4th of may again just check.

12. I was told that engineer was supposed to come by 6:00 on 4th but as usual no one came.
