Pathetic service

I have a airtel dth connection since june 09. The main challenge is the customer service. I don't understand how they can have such a pathetic team of customer care team. Airtel doesn't bother to resolve the complaints. their team of executives just put you on hold most of the time searching for answers. it is a very horrible experience to call the dth customer service department. There are multiple instances of the rep disconnecting the call. the only small ray of hope is the nodal office. once you write to the nodal office it usually gets resolved but there are lots of folow ups needed. to all who plans to take airtel dth connection think twice. the response worse than BSNL, when you hve a problem it takes ages to get a resolution. you may contact me at my mail id paul.jose05@gmail.com.
