I have an airtel DTH HD (updgraded from normal one) i tried subscribing a new HD channel for last 3 weeks, and its still not subscribed. i complaint, few person called me, still not resolved, few days back the substandard remote stopped working, and the worse the STB showed a message to reboot and when i restarted it's stuck at 'first installation process' . I've been complaining this about last 4 days (today is 4th day), today when i called up customer care, one guy said 'ya, 'ya' to all the details i told (i've been repeating this since last 4 days) and disconnected the call. They keep giving me a same number to call up engineer and the engineer keep telling that they don't cover my area. They also give a time everytime i call up. This really disappointing from a company like airtel for which i always had good impression of their services. I'm trying my best not to use false language because they really are testing my patience.
right now i feel like screaming and shouting if i get one of the senior official in front of me.
