Airtel DTH
No installation of dth

Dear Sir,

I got an airtel dth connection free with my sony lcd tv. i recharged for Rs 1000 and contacted airtel customer care for installation on 22nd of december and i was promised an installation on the 23 of december between 1 and 2 pm.i want to tell you nobody even called me and worse the number given to me by airtel of the installation engineer does not even belong to him (how ridiculous ...).i have made atleast made 20 callls to airtel to activate the connection but nothing has happened so far except promises of activation happening at the earliest. i request you to atleast refund my money in case you really cannot provide the connection.to make matters worse i cannot even call customer care all i get is an automated message saying send "call me" to some number.i have sent atleast 5 sms but nobody has bothered to call. my customer id is 3007703137
