I have raised an SR through the customer care SR:7983137 on 14th May eveining, as per your executive this issue should be resolved before 15 th May 3.30PM .Today when I reached your customer care after hours of try, they have raised one more SR for the delay SR:7999329.

Now I received an sms saying that your issue has been resolved with the SR 7983137, if not please contact 8105731888.Ii tried to reach that number several times but no result.

As per new update for customer care it will be resolved today, but no response.
