Fabulous reponse but no service on stipulated time

Hi Sir/Madam,

I raised a request for shifiting my antenna with in the same permises from one side to other side.

I called the customer care, they were very cool in reponse, and told me they will come next day and Rs 200 is the charge, got a message request number along with the area agent/engg contact number. They did not come till 1'o clock, i called again, very kind response, and told the engg had scheduled appoinment at 4:30, as expected in a indian company they did not come, i tried the given engg number, nobody picked (but very functual in timing, the engg phone is switched on only after 10 - the working hours), I keep calling morning & evening.

Fifth time my wife called and they again cooly said 4'o clock today evening, she is not like me, she shouted and said i would cancel the connection, the customer care lady said "OK" (hmm, we paid advanced rentel and our rentel loss is not big concern for the million company). But finally a person called me on the same day and he do not know english (i am not blaming and not suppose to do) and spoke only kannada, i can understand his response i can not speak kannada, he asked about the complaint, he asked about the address and then he asked about compliant, i explained the problem, he did not get, he was asking no signala, then i thought let him come first, i said, yea that is the problem.

He came on time 4'o clock, i was not there, i will adjust for signal and you have to give me Rs 100. Then my wife told, you have the shift the antena to other corner. That guy told that I asked your husband no signal issue, he said 'yes'. My wife told he gave that answer, becuase he could not make you understand the problem (do not know why request number). Then that guy keep on telling the same thing, and asked for 100 to do, and said that another person has to come for this job he will charge you 200. My wife did not agree for that and argued saying that, we have called your customer care many times, they understood the issue (confirmed by the subsequent calls), so take your work order and find the for the request number if it says the issue is with signal i will give you the amount, if not you adjust the antenna today, let the other engg come tomorrow for shifting and after that i will give him 200 and will not give the addittional 100 for your mistake. After the argument he agreed and did the signal setup for the current setup and then he said next day another person will come for the shifting. I am waiting now, hopelly they may come tomorrow atleast to collect the 100.

Between these days we undergone lot of tension (morning, evening, morning, evening...). We have a infant (just stopped feeding) and difficult to manage them with TV (unfortunately i don have dvd player, still they fond of Ads), i mentioned this during every call to the customer and asked for some priority.

What i am expecting is, let you people take time, but plz be stick with the stipulated schedule time (you are only deciding and fixing).
