Airtel DTH - Deducting the money for FREE Channels

This is Ramesh, Airtel DTH CustID:3005843744,

I'm asking about one thing from customer care from many months. But their answers is alwasy same and I'm not satisfied with that ridiculous answers.

Please tell me, The Channel numbers 534 (Sakshi TV), 536 (TV5), 698 (Bhakthi TV) are showing as Free with South Super Value Package. Refer the airtel website link &--gt; http://www.airtel.in/monthly-packs/south-india-pack.html. From the beginning I'm in the same plan and why I'm not getting these 3 channels at Free of Cost.

If I ask Airtel DTH Customer care, They are saying that They are not Free Channels with South Super Value Pack and I Have to Buy them separately.

Now tell me why I need to buy them separaltely? They were not included in the South Super Value pack?

If so... Why you people are showing those channels in South Super Value pack? I mean 119 free channels @Rs.132. pls refer the below airtel dth link... This pack contain The Channel numbers 534 (Sakshi TV), 536 (TV5), 698 (Bhakthi TV). Clarify me those 119 channels.

I'm paying the money from last 3 - 4 months. Pls make them as free channels and credit back those 4 months duductions for these 3 channnels.
