SM1 error #534

Hi,

I called airtell DTH REP on May 14 and time is 09.54 PM, hr has dis connected the call after asking few queries, his attitude is rude.

Problem is, my id-3000635318 is not showing few free channels like channel number 534, showing error SM1,
