Airtel DTH and HD Recorder installation not done after 4 weeks of payment

My Airtel DTH customer ID 3010142493 was paid Rs.5990 through credit card transaction ID 19427842 on 12-April. The agent from Airtel Preeti promised to deliver DTH installation with HD Recorder in two weeks time. After more than two weeks passed, I started inquiring Airtel. Recently I have been calling them 5 times a day. I am given a standard response that the installation department will call me in 10 minutes, which I never received a call. I know there have been poor supply of HD Recorder. However, the attitude by Airtel by providing a date for installation is very irritating. Have written emails to Airtel and the call centre supervisor but no response even after a reminder. Avoid Airtel DTH like plague. Subramaniam from Bangalore.
