Astate my connection disorderd by technichion

AS PER the campaign of Airtel DTH changing allighnment to new satelight direction. On9.6.12 technision approeched me on behalf of Airtel DTH. He disordered my instaletion and i dont have some tools so i will come tomorrow. After many days i complaint to customer care they promised me to restate instalation. Still i am in waiting for that. My connection is still closed. Till 25.6.12 ID NO. 3001112101
