Top ups added without any request and money deducted without informing

I would like to bring in the notice of all consumers and concerned officials that our money is not safe in the Airtel account. These people can deduct any amount of money at any time.

My customerID is 3002259291. I have purchased DTH on 1st Dec and I chose Economy Package. MTV is part of the Economy Package but I was not receiving the signal so I raised the complaint to Customer Care, they told that my complaint will be resolved within 48 hours. Within 48 hours I was able to receive the MTV signals.

But to my shock my account is deducted with X amount, when I called Customer Care again and enquired about that X amount, they told that since you are not receiving the MTV signals so on my behalf they have added the MTV top up and deducted the amount from my account and that too without informing me. This is just disgusting that if you were not receiving any channel signal which you are supposed to receive as a part of package, the Airtel technical support will check which top-up have that channel and they will do the top-up blindly. I raised the complaint again and there was no resolution till the time.

Is this the way the Airtel resolves the technical issues?

Also. let me tell you that this has happened before also that's why I closely watch my account balance because I know my money is not safe. When I raised the complaint for the first time then I got assurance that this will never happen again and no amount will be deducted without informing me. But this has happened again because they know that I cannot do anything as I have spent big initial amount which is non-refundable and I have to use their service without any choice as I cannot switch to any provider. This is clear case of customer/consumer exploitation.
