Bad Service, they any how get money before comes to visit

after 6 month if there is any issue in you DTH than it will cost you lots...
Yes, yar... i am calling them from last 5 days, than once they come and told me that you setup box get faulty, you need to repair it and will cost you Rs800, i just start bargain with them and he told me, ok it will cost you 500 and also extend your warranty, i can not understand this, like the problem which cost me 800, how will resolved in 500 warranty, than i ask NO, so he left and i call someone in surat who is head (someone named with Jayesh), he also deny to repair it without charge and told me that customer care is our boss (this is first time i come to know that in Airtel, customer care comes at TOP), i call customer care 2-3 times an than he send me someone around 8:30 PM and repaired it without cost, now what the hell the issue to first guy who come to visit, and another day someone else comes and he replace my set top box, so what the issue with second guy, because it cost me twice (my set top box is under warrant till 9th March), of service charge, so any how they get 200 from me.
Really bad experience, and expected from Airtel at least, have mobile, broadband and landlines but DTH is worse experience for me.
