Charged twice

I opted for magasports for 6 months on12/3 by SMS at least 3 times, but no respionse. then i contacted through tollfree number of customer service and waited a long time to connect to the operator and asked for it then he asked me to pay Rs 450 for that megasports.

Then I pain that amount. I did get activation so I send another SMS for mega. no answer.

again after a very long time I contacted throught tollfree number and the operator asked me to pay Rs100 for set max channel also and activated the megasports including Setmax.

I pain Rs 100 the same day.and deducted the amount for 6y months and the balance was Rs 53.65.

today the 15/3, I received a message that they deducted again Rs. 82.73 for 1 month of megasports.

when I called the customer care number they said they will complaint number, but they kept the phone off.
