20 % Discount not Recive on time

As per SMS they have promised that we will get 20% discount on monthly subscription with in 48 hours but we recived this sms on 16 feb till now we didnt get discount so we want to take some action against this kindly do the needful.

As per SMS they committed to customer recharge now and get 20 % discount but customer didnt get the discount with in committed hours
