AIRTEL DTH Installation

I had placed a request for AIRTEL DTH, made payment and got an acknowledgement email for the same from Airtel. It has been more than 10 days and am still waiting for the installation and activation to be done. It has become a routine for me to call airtel on a daily basis for ask for status and make complaint, escalate. There is no proper respect for the customers, there is no escalation system, they never care or follo up with the customers. Once the payment is made it is upto the customer so call and beg for the installation to be done. I am completely fedup with the response shown. They do not keep up their words nor do they call back and update the reason for the delay. Every time the customer care executive or the escalation executive speaks they giv a assurance of 100% for the installation to be done with in next 24 hours. After escalating several times, the deadline that they used to come has reduced to 2 hours. Only the deadline time reduced, but the work never happened till now. They also gave the number of the local engineer "Malarannan" who never picks calls. i have heard 100 different reasons from the customer care 100 promised and hundred deadlines so far. they are not ready to tell me the procedure of excalating to higher level and not telling me the procedure to cancel the request and get my money back. It is a shame that they are treating their customer like this " thought they proudly include a line in thier mails stating "It is our privilege to have you as our valued customer & we look forward to a long and fruitful association with you". Am looking forward to switch to a different vendor. Loosing a customer like this is a real shame for Airtel. Customer satisfaction is 0.
