Airtel DTH
False commitment

I have paid the amount cash towards new Airtel DTH connection 3 days ago on 2nd July. The Airtel customer executive when promoting the product told me that the installation will be within 48 hours however nobody has even bothered to call me forget about installation even after 3 days or 72 hours. Is this your commitment??? If you are not capable to fulfill do not commit.

When I called the helpdesk at 12148 now they that they have thousands of booking everyday so they cannot install that many connections and asked me to wait for a call from the engineer which never came.

With so many competitive offers in the market why Airtel is so sluggish in responding to their customers.

I would never suggest anybody to go for Airtel now???
