Bhakti TV not coming in Airtel DTH

Hi, I am Mani Kanta (Customer Code: 3003996011) and i took Airtel DTH one and half month ago. Everything was well until Airtel removed Bhakti TV from the channels which disappointed my parents a lot. I purchased the connection for one year and when i called the customer service for either including Bhakti TV back or giving full refund. I did not get any satisfying answer for any of the questions. I am repenting now for opting Airtel DTH. I want my money back or Bhakti TV... what do i do?
