Airtel DTH
Connection not working

I have an airtel dth which has not been working for the last ten days. Inspite of repeated reminders to customer care and nodal office nothing has been done. I have sent mails to nodal as well as customer care. Customer care call centre is ineffective and very difficult to get through.
