Airtel DTH
Non delivery of kit and installation not on schedule

I had paid for the installation of Airtel DTH connection to Vriti Infocom Noida on 15th July after they contacted me post my request for Airtel DTH connection on the Airtel website.

I was informed that the installation would definitely take place within 48 hours. I am yet to hear from them.

On contacting the airtel customer service today 19th July I was given all kinds of excuses and the no. of one Mr. Rajdeep, who does not answer the call.
