Airtel DTH
Installation not done for new connection

I have booked a new Airtel DTH Connection throught customer care.

My transaction id : 9939755, area pin code is 502032 and my contact number is 9949998373. Aitel customer care said that they will come for installation in 48 hrs, but it is already 1 week completed.

There is no response from customer care (saying area pin code is not correct).

While taking the connect i spoke to Suneha khan, contact number: 02241304100.

Installation Supervisor (Sachin) contact number will be always switched off (9223550071).

Serious action need to be taken on Airtel DTH and supporting team.
