Pathetic Service from Airtel DTH

My Airtel Digital TV ID is-3000106946. I have registered a complaint on 15th Aug. 2010 at 12.48 noon for poor signal as well as Video Problem. I have received the complaint no 3567886 /3572703 from customer care but still my problem is not resolved from Airtel DTH. I will personally called to service engineer 27 times in a day but i think they all are to busy they don't have a time to pick up the clients call or they will also not replied. After 6 pm there cell is also Switch off.

So i request you to plz resolved my problem a.s.a.p.
