Airtel DTH
Non installation of Airtel DTH inspite of full payment been done

Hi,

I have made a payment of Rs. 999 for installation of Airtel DTH at my home in Gandhi Nagar Ghaziabad on 16.8.2010 and was told that installation will be done within 48 hrs. My customer ID is 3004972125. Now 96 hours have passed and installation has not been done and their representative Mr. Sandeep whose contact number is 91-9810301272 does not receive our calls and whenever he picks the call gives false promises. This is highly unprofessional attitude causing monetary as well as mental trauma to my family and myself. I would like strict action to be taken against these people so that they don't ill treat any future customers like they are treating us.
