Remote not working

My customer ID is 3001067779. I have countineously complaining for Airtel Digital TV Remote, which is not working from 21 Aug 10. I have received a message from Airtel Digital TV said that "Dear Customer, Your Complaint registered with Airtel DTH has been resolved." But the bearer complaint is still pending and nobody can contact us. Sometimes customer care emplyees said that I sending a engineer and you pay Rs 100 but no one engineer contact us. Please sort out the remote problem urgently. Thanking you.
