Airtel DTH
Did not do installation as promised and now not reurning money

Hi,

I had ordered a new airtel connection. However, “No One” from Airtel bothered to check and follow up for installation after deducting INR 1590/- from my account. I think, Airtel DTH was only interested in grabbing INR 1590/- from me and was “Not Interested” in providing the service. My Airtel Cust ID is 3005066248.

I wish to cancel my order with immediate effect and request you to refund my INR 1590/- at the earliest, preferably by online refund for speedy closure.

Now they are denying to refund the money.
