On receipt of their sms message by offering an independence special booking of digital tv connection for rs 1947 with 5 months free viewing, i booked on 14-august but due to technical installation problems they have not installed, i requested for my refund, but they are not refunding, inspite my repeated reminder to them, they are misleading and cheating the customer, the customers are alerted, they should not fall prey in to their false promises, my customer id is 3005002630
