I have booked 11th de installation at Kerala and re installation at Chennai on 16th, I was advised by cc.executive to recharge for Rs.300/- even after they can't book a slot for 16th. Today 20th i am writing this till now i have not get this installation done. This is the nonsence service by Airtel DTH I was trying from 15th of this month every 2 hours i call and update my service request feedback but the cc.exe says the same story... SO it is not advisable to go for a new connection with AIRTEL DTH... SHIT IT IS
