Airtel DTH
Delay in Installation

I had applied for Airtel DTH on 18/9 and made the payment of Rs.1590 over the phone through credit card with the transaction no - 10868598. and i was assured that i will be installed within 48 hours but now its 1 week and i have not received any communication from Airtel DTH and whenever i contact them they are not responding at all. Now i Stuck up with my money.
