Airtel DTH
Delay in new Airtel DTH connection

Dear Airtel,

I took an airtel connection on 29th of september by online payment through credit card. I took from some person call Amit Rai (mobile number:

9769617855). I paid Rs 999 as set top box cost with installation and activation. He promised me to get it installed within 48 hours. But still it is not yet installed. I called about 50 times to airtel customer care but my problem is not yet resolved. please let me know if it can be installed within today or I want to cancel this request and want my money back.

one more thing yesterday I talked to his superwisor. he has given me some customer ID which is installed in UP and in use for so manydays
