Hi My name Sudip,

I purchased one Samsung LCD almost a week back with that I got a Airtel DTH free as a Durga Puja festival offer pack. My TV got delivered on the very next day but AIRTEL DTH is no where to see.

I have neen talking to many of their executives (not less than 15 as of now) to get my installation done. But everytime I call them up, I have to narrate my problem from the beginning as they behave like they know nothing and it seems that they don't have any database where they feed costomer feedback or concerns over an issue. But they do know one thing ; false promises. They keep on telling you that your problem will be resolved within few hours and also promised me many times that I will get a call back within few minutes for the confirmation. Unfortunately days passed away but no one from Airtel DTH have guts to call me back and update about the issue.

Can anyone imagine if this is the story before the service starts;what will happen once it's started running... My God such a bad division of Bharti group. Shameless and disgusting...

Beware of Airtel DTH... Its a dump company...
