Cable is less then your standard

Cable provided by your installation engr. is only ten mtrs. that is not sufficient for my tv conection. So regarding this i many times complaints to your customer care and the complaint nos. are 4040763 Dt.03.10. 407418 Dt. 07.10.2010 & 4124937 Dt. 12.10.2010 But no any response was come in favor of me to till time and date, so please look into the matter other wise i will gone to consumer forum & make a case on you for forgery.
