Dear Sir,
Greetings!
My name is Jitendra Singh and an old and loyal customer of Airtel mobile, DTH, Telephone and Broadband.
I placed a request for shifting my Airtel DTH to my new address on 18/10:
F-3, 1ST Floor, Plot No-314, Gyan Khand-I, Indrapuram, Gaziabad 201013, UP, INDIA
It has been more than 13 days and nothing has happened yet. Everyday I call at the customer care and am committed that my DTH will be installed within next 24hrs but no one has visited yet.
Everyday I am charged for services I am not availing.
To aggravate this problem Rs 300 has been deducted from my account for installation without any installation of the DTH at my place. This is ridiculous and never expected from such a well established company.
It has been frustrating and very harassing.
I request you to look into this matter and make sure that my DTH is installed at my place ASAP and all my money to be reversed in my a/c.
