NO RESPONCE TO CUSTOMER

My friend purchased 2nos Cable DTH connection on dated 5.11.10 bill no.4713 Rs2400/- From Electric Point Gari Chawak Ghaziabad, but till date 9.11.10 Airtel Technician (AIRTEL) not installed the system. My friend called at customer cear 18001028080 and 12150 by airtell mb. They asked all details for identification nos7323072092765095 &3302103999738378 but not given any satisfactory result. Airtell DTH Selling every next shop and cheating the public, who is the responsible Airtell/ Seller/Customer?
