Airtel DTH
Failour to install dth connection

Dear sir,

I have purchased a samsung lcd on 04.11. which offerd a connection of airtel dth with free installation. My customer id. 3006064114 & voucher recharged on 09.11. & airtel cofirmed that they would install it within 24 hours. But till date (13.11.2010) there has been no communication from Airtel dth.

I have been throughly miss communicated & feel cheated from this dht service provider. I request before this forum to help me getting my due free installation as quick as possible as my family members are really looking forward to view channels in the newly purchased lcd tv & airtel dth.
