No Signal in STB from 12.11.11 and not attending complaints lodged with custmer care

My DTH service is stalled since 12.11.10 due to "no signal in STB". I lodged a complaint on the toll free customer care no. 18001028080 of airtel on 13.11.10. Nothing happend. The local Nos. given to me are also switched off. (3005161414)
