Now I am happy.
I always thought that why the Airtel call centre executives disconnect the calls inbetween and never able to provide "SUPPORT". I just looked into some complaints... And thanks.. I am having many partners.
Some excerpts...
"could neither understand Hindi or English properly abruptly disconnected"
"Customer compliant number abruptly closed with a message "
"Consumer complaint graciously notes down grievance & gives deadline by which complaint will be attended to. But when the deadline passes (and nothing happens), the grievance is "closed successfully"
"COMPLAIN OF ABOVE HAS BEEN CLOSED SUCCESSFULLY WITHOUT RESOLVING MY PROBLEM WHICH WAS SHOCKING TO ME"
"AND THE REPLY OF THE COMPLAIN STATUS AS USUAL "CLOSED SUCCESSFULLY'."
" after 24 hrs they are just hope less service provider."
"I also failed to talk to your customer care executive on 12150 as the call never gets through"
