DTH connection not installed

I have made a online payment of Rs. 1750/- for installation of Airtel DTH at my home in Vadinar on 18.11.2010 and was told that installation will be done within 24 hrs by airtel person (noida office). My booking reference is 11903344. Now 9 days have passed and installation has not been done. whenever I call the No. 18605006500 they simple tell that My details will pass on the Installation Department and they will make call - since 22th of Nov same reply I am receiving but nobody called me till today This is highly unprofessional attitude causing monetary as well as mental trauma to me. I would like strict action to be taken against these people so that they don't ill treat any future customers like they are treating us. I also want to know what hard action i can take aganist airtel dth for non compliance for the verbal promise of installation within 24 to 48 hours.
