Set top box not working

My Set top box is not powering on. I contacted Customer care many times, but no progress. Every time the executive says "sorry for the inconvenience caused". But, no progress.

The worst thing is, no body contacts back.

I am just thinking of going to the Consumer court. Really frustrated.
